Taimeshi

Taimeshi is a speciality in Ehime prefecture. Especially I recommend Taimeshi at Matsuyama city in a middle of area of Ehime.

You  can eat a raw sea bream with Tare which is Japanese sause on top of a rice. It is so tasty.

Ehime pref is along the big sea, "Setonaikai"  So it is a good fishing spot where we can catch a lot of sea breams. It is said that a sea bream is a symbol of some celebration and a sea bream bring us a good luck in Japan.

There are a lot of restaurants which you can eat Taimeshi in Matsuyama city at Ehime pref.

The movie is that American people eats Taimeshi.
