Nodoguro Dashi

Dashi is the base for most Japanese dishes. 

It is Japanse cooking stock that is used to hightlight different flavors.

It is a Nodoguro Dashi that is a local speciality in Ishikawa Pref, it is usually used by Miso-shiru , a various dish and it is so popular to coat to Onigiri. Because Nodoguro Dashi makes a Onigiri tasty.
