KAVURAZUSHI

Kaburazushi is the speciality in Hokuriku area that we usually eat it in new year,

This is turnip in salt “koji” yeast and we salt Mackerel.

We fold the salt fish with the turnip with Koji.

Some dedicated drinker like to eat Kaburazuhi with Jpanease Sake.

It is so famous for foreign sightseeing people recently.

It has a lot of depth to its taste
