In Japan, we usually eat miso soup at the dinner time everyday. The origin of Toriyasaimiso is back to Edo Period. In Edo Period, there are a lot of fishermen in Ishikawa pref. The sailing voyage time is so long that they need to get enough nutrients so they tried Toriyasaimiso to improve for getting nutrients. Toriyasimiso is completed to adopt vegetables, fishes, the rice koji.
We use Toriyasaimiso for miso soup, hot-pot party and etc.
