Tajima Beef is made in Taajia area in Hyogo. It’s so high quality that a lot of Japanese people eat it as BBQ and Udon. A local delicacy dish, stewed beef udon flavored simply with sake and soy sauce.
In Kinosaki Onsen, there are a lot of Japanse classic hotel and you can eat Tajima beef there.
