NODOGURO

Recently, many foreign people come to Japan and enjoy Japanese foods. Espesially many people eat "Sashimi" Sashimi is row fish, are you OK ?

Nodoguro is the most popular fish in the east of erea in Japan. Nodoguro is the nickname because it's throught is black. The correct name is Akamutsu. Is is Lateolabracidae.

Nodoguro is firm and the layer of fat is tasty. We enjoyed it Sashimi, Sushi and grilled fish.
