The barrel made by Thujopsis dolobrata

This barrel was made by Thujopsis dolobrata(which is called Asunaro), it is cypress.

There are many so good Thujopsis dolobrata trees at Wajima-city in Ishikawa and many dishes and furniture are made by Thujopsis dolobrata.

It keeps cold the drink for this barrel and it is not easy to change the heat.

So we use this barrel to cool some cold drinks.
