We have a lot of hot spring in Japan. And we boil some egg at the hot sopring. It is called Onsen-tamago, hot spring egg in English.
Onsen tamago is a soft boiled egg cooked in a Japanese hot spring. The low heat cooks the egg yolk, but the egg white is still very soft. It's different from regular boiled eggs.
We also eated salad and pasta with hot spring egg. It is so tasted.
