Ankoh Nabe

Nabe is the most popular menu for Japanese in winter season. Nabe is a Japanese cuisine which is similar to stew. Nabe is a dish where meat and vegetables are cooked in one pot of broth.

I inform Ankoh Nabe, Ankof is monkfish. Monkfish has a firm and meaty flesh so it is so popular for us to cook Ankoh Nabe. Some supermarkets have started selling the fish and many restaurants are now serving anglerfish dishes in the city. Sometimes it was served in school lunches. Monkifish liver is so tasted that we usually eat in winter season.
