Noren～Japanese shop cartain～

Noren is a shop curtain that is hung in the entrance of a restaurant or another shop. 

When we open the shop, we hung Noren outside in the door. And when we close the shop, we tuck Noren inside the door. Noren is the symbol of goodwill and like a signboard.

There are a lot of expression that is use the word, “Noren”

“Noren-Wake”

The owner set up with someone his or her business.

“Noren-ni-Udeoshi”

It's like taking candy from a baby.
