KOHAKUTO

Kohakuto is a confectionery made with agar-agar that is known for a unique combination of textures. It’s crusty on the outside with a juicy center.

We usually eat Kohakuto ini summer season. In Japan there are a lot of sweets that is made by Anko, however Kohakuto in not made by Anko, so we recommend this sweets if you don't like anko.

It is so colorful and cool that a lot of foreign people like it and purchase for their souvenirs.
