Taimeshi is a speciality in Ehime prefecture. Especially I recommend Taimeshi at Matsuyama city in a middle of area of Ehime.

DOGO ONSEN

In Japan, there are alot of hot springs and which is called, "Onsen" in Japan.Dogo onsen is at Ehime prefecture which is the one of the most spring in Japan. There are a lot of side stories. The name of this town is Matsuyama which is so famous for appearing in the scene of Japanese novel,"Bochan"
