Tempura

Tempura is a Japanese traditional dish which seafood and vegetables that is covered in batter and fried in oil. The batter is made by dissolving flour and egg. We eat Tempura with a dipping Temtsuyu. It is so popular Japanese food.

In Japan, we eat canola flower and use as decolating the food.It is so tasted and it is rich in nutrition. So many people use canola flower at pasta, fried rice, salad and the seasoned with mustard dressing.
